Excellent, friendly, patient staff. Everyone was more than happy to assist with our 4 month old - even during a wonderful dinner! The atmosphere was relaxing, the views were amazing, and the overall experience was worth every penny.

The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

The hotel staff was truly exceptional. They were warm and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Just the staff alone warrant a stay at the hotel. The hotel amenities were great and the rooms very well equipped and clean.
