The hotel was amazing! The location is perfect, the room was excellent. We were lucky to have a view on the Eiffel Tower – amazing experience. For me, the bed was very comfortable. Staff is suuuper friendly and helpful. There are several places to eat in the same building, including a food court. If you're not into gambling, one full day including evening is enough to see Taipa part of the city. For the Northern part, you'd need 1-2 days more.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive. There are a lot of eateries in the building, very convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Morpheus Hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and we were promptly given information about the hotel's amenities and activities. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. Excellent facilities, 5 star hotel, 5 star staff, Bell staff were so nice Fidel and Ivan.

The location was good. Close to old town and places to eat. However it is not close to the ferry harbour, so one must take a cab ride to the hotel which is not a huge deal. The concierge/manager that checked us in was very professional and helpful. And on the checkout day he called us a cab to the harbour and waited for the taxi with us. Excellent service. I think his name is Mr. Poon Soon S...thank you for your service.

The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool was closed for deep cleaning and they kept us informed immediately when it was re- opened so we could use it.

The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.

We loved our room and enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. My daughter really enjoyed the swimming pools, especially the warm jacuzzi pool. She also loved going to the play area and going down the water slide.
