Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. The welcoming atmosphere, incredibly attentive staff, and three furry security guards stole our hearts. Delicious and varied breakfasts with a wide selection of drinks left no chance of going hungry. The spacious rooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay. FAZILA WAS AMAZING
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every request I had during my stay was handled with a smile.
The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious.
The facilities are outstanding — the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the spa and gym are top quality. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering fresh and delicious options every morning.
The location is perfect: close enough to the main attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation.

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

The Blue Mansion was an amazing experience! We loved our room, the tour of the building, the restoration work, the breakfast, the location, the staff and the dinner in the restaurant, Indigo. Highly recommend staying here! We loved staying in a historical building that had been restored so well and recognized by UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
