Staff The staff are very attentive and service-oriented. I arrived late on my first night and Puneet processed my check-in. He gave good recommendations for local food around the hotel. Mr. Dol, one of the owners and manager, is always on site and available to be consulted regarding your itinerary. He was very accommodating. Location It is tucked away from Thamel’s main traffic so it is very quiet. Perfect for a restful night. The location is also very central so it has good proximity to main sites. Breakfast Buffet The breakfast inclusion is substantial. The salads were always great. You can request the kitchen for omelettes of scrambled eggs. Apart from that, they usually have a selection of a sandwich - the mushroom bruschetta was very good, and an assortment of local dishes which are equally tasty and good. They also have an in-house cafe/restaurant at the front and they have a wide selection of cuisines to choose from. Value for Money Kailash Boutique hotel is great value for money considering the size of the room - very thoughtfully designed including a wide spot you can put a large luggage, the convenient location and good service.

Great host, always available to attend any question and nice person to discuss with. Hotel is nice, enough close to city center main road (~10min walk) and far away at same time to enjoy quiet surroundings. We organized activities with them and everything was well explained and well done, and at a good price. Overall, we recommend!

This is a brand new hotel with apartment style rooms, open for 28 days before our stay. We actually thought we had booked a hotel in Sarangkot near the top of the hill up from Pokhara, but it turned out this hotel is at the base of the hill right next to the cable car that goes to the top. The staff was excellent, starting with Susmita at the reception desk. Facilities were 5 star for 3 star price, but I expect prices to go up as the hotel gets established.

Charikot Downtown is well located and the room was very clean. Meanwhile, the management and staff ensured I felt at hone throughout my stay. It is a small town but everyone nearby respects management which gives additional weight to the services the hotel provides. Finally, the food from the kitchen here was without a doubt the best in town. My only regret was that I did not try it sooner.

Lilly and Ganesh are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They have created a comfortable and beautiful hotel in an very fun location. The 360 degree views from the rooftop are stunning. There are fun places to walk to around the area and beautiful spaces to hang out, work, do yoga and relax. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking to escape the busy and noisy Pokhara and are keen to try the homestay experience this is the place to be! The whole family is extremely caring of guests and makes a huge effort in providing all they need - home grown organic food. Kabi is also happy to share personal stories. Bonus point is also the opportunity to experience life in a Nepalese village.

The Ananta hotel is newly renovated and the comfort of the bed and surroundings in the rooms are so good and on par with western standards. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable!! I had the garden view room which has a lovely view and was quiet with little street noise. The made to order breakfast was great with ample amount of fresh fruit, coffee and juice, so much better than the typical buffet type breakfast. The BEST thing about my stay was the staff. The hotel was in a very peaceful place. The rooms were cosy and comfy. I got very sound sleep. The view of the lake was breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The staffs were so Nice to me.

Great location with easy access to yoga studios and cafes, but also far enough from bars and nightclubs so that most nights are peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, not to mention the lovely common area / living room on the first floor where I enjoyed chatting with Vishnu’s family, friends, or to simply work or read. Never once did I have an issue with the facility during my week-long stay. The owners Vishnu and Nissa are extremely warm and welcoming, and will gladly help with anything. Vishnu is a veteran whose experience can be relied upon if you need any information / assistance with trekking and other outdoor adventures. Upon my return from the Annapurna Circuit I fell sick with an upset stomach, and the family took extremely good care of me. I strongly recommend anyone staying to try their homemade food at least once. I have tried many Dal Bhats in the area and the ones I’ve had here are my favorite.

The staff is so nice and remembered things like what we liked to drink for breakfast. The bed is so comfortable and soft. And it was so nice to have heat after trekking. I also really enjoyed the bathtub and it had great hot water.
