Die Unterkunft Piece Lio from Japan Managed by H Hospitality Group in El Nido mit 5 Sternen bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem Garten und einer Terrasse. The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

Spa and wellness session was relaxing and the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is best fit for couple staycation.

This was the best hotel that we could ever choose to stay in El Nido! Everything was soooo Puuur-fect, and for the stay to be even more pleasant and to feel more like home, for that was in charge HH 🐱 The room was very clean and modern, the rooftop was with amazing view on the sea and on the mountain, and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and very beautifully served. We want to thank all the employees there, they all have been very helpfull and always smiling, but esspecially to Emi and Sky 🫶 and please hug HH from us (we miss him)! Hope to visit you again.

The location is excellent, the room is very comfortable and the staff is very nice. Erwen helped us a lot.

Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant... Hervorheben möchte ich das Personal im Hotel, das durch seine entspannte,freundliche, ehrlich zugewandte Art eventuelle Hemmschwellen gleich abgebaut hat. Nicht nur die Damen an der Rezeption wurden so schnell zu Ansprechpartnern für alle Fragen/Wünsche, die Gäste so bewegt. Die über das Hotel vermittelten Leistungen, Massagen, Ausflüge, Flughafen Transfer waren zuverlässig, gut und preislich sehr fair. Wir haben uns richtig aufgehoben gefühlt und die verbreite gute Laune war ansteckend. Auch das Frühstück a la carte in philippinischen und kontinentalen Varianten ist eine leckere, frisch zubereitete Alternative zu oft angebotenen Frühstücksbuffets bei 30°C. Die Lage vom Hotel zu beiden Stränden vor Ort ist perfekt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.
