The location was great! Beach was close, walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Beautiful setting and views! And the staff totally epitomized friendly St Maarten. From front desk to all restaurant and pool venues they were great.

We absolutely loved the staff and the size of the rooms. The staff was so kind and helpful, always available for any questions you have. They really go above and beyond while being super discrete and respectful. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Great view and really well equipped. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Overall, we can’t wait to go back to this place, great value for the price.

Location, excellent breakfast, such a friendly hostess

Belair is a smaller resort that is quiet and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The beach is beautiful and you pick your own beach chairs and they are reserved for you for your entire stay so you don't have to worry about finding chairs each day. You could not pick a better resort on the whole island!

The location was reachable to wherever you may want to go. There is a bus stop at the road head which takes you to both Philipsburg and Marigot on the French side. I used the bus to visit all the areas and places I wanted to see only for $2 for each journey, and you get to blend in so well with the locals. They are open for a good chat. Everyone says good morning and good afternoon as you pass them. There are so many things I can talk about but space to write here is limited. Overall, the Island is very beautiful and worth the visit. I would go back and stay again at Carl's Unique Inn. The owner is a very nice gentleman, very mannerly and approachable, always ready to assist. The best breakfast ever, freshly made sandwiches each morning upon your request. The Island is hilly and I loved it because walking up and down the hills naturally did good for my heart and body each day. Very wonderful beaches. Also, while on the island, you need to visit the nearby islands too.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE.. We had reservations at Bakers Suites to begin with but they lost our reservation two weeks before our vacation so thankfully we were able to book a room last minute at the Commodore and what a blessing. The Commodore Suites is fabulous, the staff Amazing, a full grocery/liquor store right below us with a fabulous buffet every day, all day with fantastic food and great prices. Perfect location with a view of the ocean on one end and the mountains on the other end. Did I mention the rooftop pool with a treadmill in it. So fun. Honestly, I can’t say enough good about the Commodore.

Room was extremely spacious (great value/price), clean, great kitchen, airconditioned, tv's, huge balcony. Central location in simpson bay, everything is in walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)

Costumer services we're awesome, the staff's was really friendly and respectable and specially Beatrix she we're very great on my behalf and also the hotel was very clean and very spacious...and a big shout out to NiNa the manager for making my birthday the best birthday of my life and I really appreciate It very much So far it is the best hotel for me 🙂

The Location Was perfect. The quotes the room was on point. The rapid cleaning so quickly was beautiful to see.

I had a wonderful stay at Simpson bay suites. Very quiet and peaceful. I even got a late check out. Thank you Guys. I will be back.
