Great mix of old and new!
The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm
Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

Lovely little boutique hotel with spacious, comfortable, immaculate rooms and a cozy garden space. Owners are kind, generous and accommodating. The breakfast spread is amazing - homemade and delicious, with fantastic coffees and even freshly squeezed juice. The hotel is located on a quiet side street surrounded by great restaurants and a few minutes walk from the excellent Ephesus Archaeological Museum. Can't recommend this place enough.

We love how of a hidden gem this hotel is on the Selçuk community minutes away from the Ephesus City. Daily Breakfast is serve very delicious and the perk of having Tea,Coffee and Cake all day is amazing! Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel

The service was outstanding, it's one of the few places in Goreme with a pool. The morning breakfast was awesome especially with the freshly made omelet and the Turkish coffee. On a lucky day, you can almost touch the balloons as it passes through the terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave hotel! The location was perfect for the many activities we had planned for our stay in the land of "fairy chimneys." The staff was extremely accommodating in helping to show us how to get around and gave us many suggestions on places we may enjoy visiting. I cannot recommend them enough!
