I loved the chalet design and attention to details. The landscape and trees looked beautiful and transformed the place. Amazing service and hospitality. Basically you will feel so cozy and in a peace state of mind.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, but first and foremost - the staff were simply amazing. Kind, considerate, helpful, with a million touches big and small that made the experience memorable. I felt like an honored guest. When coupled with a great location, comfortable beds (with hard and soft options!), a great terrace, and a tour of the historic touches in the facilities, it really could not have gotten better. A big thanks to the wonderful team and I'm looking forward to connecting again on my next visit.

Great hotel with nice and helpful staff. Our flight didn`t leave before 6PM on check-out day, and they let us keep one room for free until we had to leave for the airport. It was actually the staff who suggested that we did, so we could stroll around town for a few hours on departure day, and still have access to all facilities. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and it was easy to get a taxi to move around town. We will definitely stay here again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Having a jacuzzi is great. Clean and comfortable room. Location that is convenient for sightseeing.

I like the hotelier, Aziz. He is a great knowledgeble guy. He told us so much history of bukhara. We like his services.

I recently stayed at Sarhad Hotel in Bukhara and had a very positive experience. This is a new hotel, managed directly by the owners, who clearly take pride in providing excellent service to their guests. The staff were attentive throughout our stay (there were 5 of us in two rooms) and always did their best to ensure comfort and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and tasty selection to start the day. A particularly thoughtful gesture was on the day of our early departure for Khiva: the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for the train journey, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Sarhad Hotel combines modern comfort with genuine hospitality, making it a very good choice for anyone visiting Bukhara.

Great location, clean and cozy

First impression was very nice, nice Building, nice interior! We had a very warm Welcome from the owner of the Hotel. He lives with his Family in the ground Floor and there are only 7 rooms for visitors. Breakfast was also very nice and the Hotel is situated very central in khiva! The rooms were big and we had a Terrace

The property itself was very beautiful. The decor in the rooms and common areas was authentic and gave you the feel of being in a historic city. The location is perfect too, not in the hustle bustle but just a mere 5 minutes away by walk. Though the best part about this hotel was the staff. I’d give them more than 10/10 if I could. All the lads were super helpful. Jacoub, Anvar & Behrouz are the best staff I have ever come across at ANY hotel.

I am mesmerized by the beauty of Uzbekistan itself, and was really pleasant to stay at this hotel. My overall impressions were high, especially the hospitable staff made my day.

The price is extremely reasonable for this kind of hotel. It is a little further away from the bustling areas of Samarqand, yet the streets are very quiet because it is not a populated area. We went to this hotel with our wife and baby. Personal was really kind, assisted us in planning our trip, and recommended locations to visit.
