This hotel is amazing! The decoration inside is wonderful with galleries full of historical items..it looks like you're staying in a museum. Even in the rooms there are splendid carpets. Everything works perfectly: internet, water, the bed is super comfy; everything is clean. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a lot of options. Furthermore the staff is crazily nice and helpful. They helped us with everything: transfers, reservation in restaurants. They even surprised us with complimentary gifts: fruits and wine in the room and a beautiful souvenir to take home during check out. It's been definetely the best experience we had so far in a hotel!

The resort's location was excellent, with lush green areas and beautiful views. The restaurants and spa facilities were outstanding as well. This allowed me to spend peaceful, relaxing vacation time with my family.

The staff were really nice and professional. I really recommend it. The breakfast is also wonderful .

Amazing hotel staff were very accommodating giving us somewhere to store our bikes and then helping me when I had an issue with my bike.

The hotel has an excellent location — close to everything you need. It’s newly built, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well maintained. What really makes it special, though, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is small, with only seven rooms, which gives it a cozy, family-like feel — and perhaps that’s why the staff are so exceptionally kind. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the ladies even gave us a gift — fresh melon — and often brought little treats during our stay. Their hospitality is truly remarkable, far beyond what you’d normally expect. And again, the cleanliness is outstanding — everything is spotless. You can really feel the care and heart they put into this place.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and will come back again and again and recommend it to all travelers. The hotel is in a superb location: it is with in the fortress walls of the old city, but quiet and within walking distance of all the sites. The rooms are nice size and the breakfasts are bountiful. Most of all, the hotel - which is family run - has the friendliest and most helpful concierge. Try it!

My partner and I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was comfortable and very clean, the bed was also very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The hotel and the rooms has very new furniture and modern design which adds to the experience. We managed to check in a bit earlier as the room was available, paid cash and had a good rest. The breakfast was also good, with a wide choice of savory and sweet options. I also ordered food in my room for dinner and it was served very fast and it was delicious.

1. Rooms: new, cosy, clean and very spacious. 2. Equipment: a lot of useful stuff is in the room like TV, cosmetics in bathroom (even toothbrush), hair dryer, fridge, tea kettle with tea and glasses. Due to couch and chairs you can comfortable sit. 3. Cleanliness: Great! Everything was clean. 4. Contact with host: Excellent! The contact is very fluently in English, hotel answers quickly by Booking 5. Parking: without any problem. There is a special place for car only for guest 6. Breakfast: Tasty and varied. 7. Localisation: easy to find

One of the best hotels we stayed in so far! Staff was so welcoming and nice, especially at reception and check-in! Rooms are very modern and everything looked new and well thought! Best hotel gym I have every seen and great spa are with sauna! Stayed twice already and both times it was superb!
