I love the staff, they are so kind and always smiling makes me more welcomed. I love the way we are given a drink to soothe our inner selves from the hot and busy sun. I love the IT personnel. They were prompt and friendly. Malo lava...I will always stay at Lava when traveling to Apia and I always share the experience with my family and friends. OH! and the breakfast was onolicious! Awesome JOB Lava Hotel Management and Staff..Fa'afetai lava.

The rooms are super nice and it is pretty good location. Walking distance to the main things on the Apia. The owner is super nice and helpful. He helped us with the driver.

The breakfast was excellent, such a wide selection, from fruit and cereals to hot food, Samoan traditional dishes, cheese and cold meats. The omelettes were delicious and came very quickly. Would recommend ordering these! The layout of the hotel was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar next to the foyer most nights and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. It was lovely chilling out by the pool and being able to order food and drinks, the milkshakes were delicious. The place was very tidy and well kept. We had a couple of evening meals which were also delicious. The hotel was very central to the marina and only a 10 minute walk to town and the information centre. Our room was spacious and the shower was lovely. We didn’t use the bath. The pool was warm and clean. The swim up bar was a nice treat for us.

Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room.
Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands.
