The design was lovely and the staff was absolutly fantastic. They even upgrade our room for free! But they were also minor issues for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is generally fabulous from the outside and inside. Almost all staff are amazingly friendly. The walls are adorned with gorgeous portraits all over the hotel. The room is stunningly cosy and comfortable. The bed, the bathroom, and the design of the rooms are stylish. I liked everything in this hotel. I came with my family, and they were exhilarated with everything including the surroundings. They parking was great too.
