The staff was very friendly. They also upgrade deluxe to suite room. The hotel also provide currency exchange with standard exchange rates. The location is also near to corniche and nearby 24 hour restaurants and groceries. Highly recommended for their service and location

I always stay at this hotel, the transport is straight out the front door, the club lounge is the only way to go, fantastic staff. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is super. Will be staying again next Aug for a week. The shopping is excellent.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The design is a mix of the middle east and Egypt. This hotel deserves its 5 stars. We didn't use the pool and spa but my feedback is based on the hospitality of the friendly staff (all the staff without exception, helped with all the requests with responsiveness and smile), the size of the room, and the service. You have everything you may need in the room, and the cleaning and air conditioning are good. Even the view from our balcony to a working construction site didn't change my impression. I would be happy to come back
