We stay here two nights with our two children of 1 and 4 years old, the place is very clean, elegant but also nice with bright colors. The staff is located on the "mezzanine" floor and reception is open 24h. They give me a little bed for the baby and the location was perfect for visiting Vienna.

Hotel Stephanie is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. Facilities are amazing. Breakfast is beyond any expectation. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was amazing. Very, very good food. Location is perfect, very close to the center and major attraction, just a short walk to Stephan Platz.
