The room decoration and facilities were impressive. There was a bottle of wine for welcome drink. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It was convenient for us to be able to buy Innsbruck Travel Card from the hotel reception.

While just two minutes from the airport, it was wonderful being provided a free taxi (Uber) and the driver was superb, carrying out bags to reception. The staff were sensational- reception so brilliant, breakfast team unbelievable, bar staff and one of two domestic team (the elder of the two) excellent. Communication from moment of booking was the best I’ve experienced. Welcome Card was so useful and bus to city very convenient. Thank you for making our trip memorable on top of the best Christmas Markets and Top of Innsbruck attraction. We recommend Speckeria (platters)and MamaMia (pizza/pasta) restaurants. We’ll be back!
