The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The staff were lovely.

Original room was large and roomy. Comfortable bed. Due to problem with hot water we were moved supposedly upgraded. Second room smaller, less comfortable. badly designed bathroom. Staff great, was also offered a free breakfast for rest of stay, which was accepted.
