Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming atmosfere and location is great, in city center, everything was walking distance. We arrived with car and had slightly problems with finding the parking location, but that's on us and is quite normal for city centre location. Breakfast was great, so many options and everything was delicious. Room was clean, bed quite comfy, we had no complaints. Definitely would return at hotel Festival and I definitely recommend it if you are visiting Sarajevo.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, the staff was excellent. I loved the swimming pool, the spa area. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I felt very welcomed there. And luckily I had a beautiful view of the city and mountains.

The apartment was amazing! We arrived to Sarajevo late at night and immediately felt the ambience of the area represented in the décor. The location was superb, you cannot find a better option. Everything was super clean, there were plenty of towels, blankets, even some local coffee for the mornings. The heating worked great.
