The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.

Neptun Beach Hotel has a perfect beachfront location and is situated in the heart of Sunny Beach Resort, just a few metres from the sandy beach.

The hotel is perfect in every aspect. It is the one and only hotel directly on the beach + beachbar with service, a pool which is never crowded, a lot of comfy free beach chairs with a lot of space in between. Super friendly and helpful staff and valet parking. Spacious rooms with everything, including enough lights (not in all hotels), quality soaps and drinks. The silent airco continuous working when not in the room. There is soft music playing through the complete hotel, every room has a balcony. I would suggest to book one of the seaview rooms. The Sunny Beach promenade runs behind the hotel, everything including restaurants within meters of the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food with a good choice at a fair price.

Enjoying a beautiful location right at the beach line of Sunny Beach, Royal Palace Helena Sands is a luxurious property with a spa centre and swimming pools.

One of the best (if not the best) property in Sunny Beach. Here are a few things: 1. The pools are very large and clean, so if you don't want to go to the beach, you don't have to. 2. Food feels home-made (very tasty) 3. Location is great: you are 100 m from the sea/beach. 4. The managers are great and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks again!
