Room is large with great facilities. Pool facing view with balcony. Quiet, not noisy. Very convenient parking and elevator design so you don't have to walk far. I got a late, late checkout - no hassle. I will certainly stay there again.

The Filipina lady and the manager was very kind and very helpful in reception they upgraded my room without hesitating that was around 3:30PM and was perfect moment because we just got married.Me and my wife would like thank everyone there all of them are very kind. Loved everything! We booked a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom premium room with sea view and it was fantastic! Huge apartment, modern decor, massive balcony with sea view, laundry room, huge dining area, big comfortable sofa, great kitchen, very comfortable beds. We weren’t expecting such a big apartment and we really enjoyed it. From the moment the hotel picked us up at the airport with the complimentary transfer, we were impressed with the wonderful staff. They always went above and beyond to make sure we received the highest standard of customer service and we were always well looked after and they are very friendly, polite and professional. The on-site shop is also great and there are other excellent facilities including table tennis, kids childcare, pool, gym etc. Location is also excellent with a great selection of restaurants across the street particularly Mohammed Noor Al- Bokhari if you want to eat traditional Arabic food which we enjoyed very much. There’s also a few small supermarkets across the street and a big Lulu’s Hypermarket nearby in Juffair Mall. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.
