The triple room was spacious for 3 people; we had comfortable space to move around. There were shelves, bedside tables, and cabinets to store your things. Beds were comfortable. The room was spotless clean and very airy...very relaxing. And the view from our room was breathtaking. It only takes 5-7mins walk away from the train station (15mins with heavy luggages). Staff was kind and helpful. Shops and restaurants are only few steps away.

I got a free upgrade from a budget room to a suite because I only stayed for one night and the room was free which was super kind and surprising. Also, the breakfast was amazing and well executed and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is at a great location close to the station. The staff thinks along with you and is genuinely involved with their guests. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful spacious room. Despite being a corner room facing into the street there was very little noise. Hotel is centrally located, 10 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly staff. Wonderful Tex/Mex restaurant in the hotel itself.

I was only here for 2 nights due to the city of Thun on my road trip through Europe and I didn't have high expectations, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It has a great location, right next to a lake with the possibility of swimming, as well as a smaller park and meadow where a tiny train drive around. The rooms were clean, nothing to complain about, i found finally a hotel with large space in shower. Breakfast is not amazing but not bad either. The staff is very nice and willing to advise, sometimes mix up which side is left and which is right :)) but its nothing. Overall rating: Perfect
