I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

The hotel in general was beautiful, they even decorated our room for my partner’s birthday! Great breakfast, comfortable parking lot at a reasonable price, a few great restaurants to try just in front of the hotel. We also adored Treetop Walk, amazing attraction really well done right next to the hotel and had a discount with the Guest Card! The highlight of our trip were the spas! The hotel’s Spa was just perfect, and with the Spa Around offer we got free access to a few other spa’s in the area. Loved it!

Offering a nice interior, free Wi-Fi and Arena Lodge is just 50 metres from the mountain railways. Arena Lodge offers rooms with a cable TV, radio and themed décor.

I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. By beside train station which was great for early berina express train! Easy walk to old town, christmas market. There are also supermarkets and food nearby. Parking available right at the doorstep. Top notch service by the staff especially Fabio and Lina. I left something important in the room and checked out on the way to other cities in Switzerland and Fabio and team tried very hard to contact me and went out of the way to deliver the parcel back to me safety and quickly. Cannot thank the team enough, didn't expect such helpfulness and hospitality. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chur.
