This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

The location is great - close to the station, on the canal. Room is very comfortable, nice beds, very good linen, towels etc. Breakfast was awesome. Staff is very friendly.

I love this hotel and always stay here when in Lavaux. The charming hotel is situated in a picturesque place overlooking the lake. It was recently renovated. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious.
