We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

The staff in the restaurant were simply brilliant. Made our holiday. My 9yo son loved the older gentleman “his little mate”.
