Wonderful stay Very high quality hotel with a lot of attention to details. The hotel is in excellent upkeep with a tasteful mix of wood and modern materials. The breakfast is excellent; local products of premier quality. It is a family hotel with very kind service. (Do not expect a large hotel with tens of staff at all time) The atmosphere is very friendly. Finally it is a very modern and enjoyable sauna area - with a bit of luck one hat the spa area completely for oneself; another advantage of the small family hotel. Considering the general pricing in Zermatt Price/Value is outstanding.

It was magical. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very tasty, we loved fresh orange juice and pancakes. Ladies at breakfast were very polite smiling and helpful. We appreciate that. Bed was comfortable.

I love the room and the spa. When I wake up in the morning and go to the balcony, I feel so happy. Staff are very welcoming too and the food during dinner is surprisingly great too!! I will love to come back!
