The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

We recently stayed at Hotel Martín Gusinde in Puerto Natales for five days, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by plenty of dining options, which made exploring the local cuisine incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. The breakfast offered was amazing. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into ensuring the guests had a satisfying meal each morning. Our room was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedding, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The heating in the room was excellent, keeping us cozy throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated given the chilly weather outside. Overall, our stay at Hotel Martín Gusinde was wonderful. We stayed here after a week of hiking in Torres del Paine park. The hotel was a great haven of luxury and comfort after this hike. The staff were very friendly and all fluent in English. The hotel’s location was fantastic on the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel without reservations.

It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I eat a plant based diet and most hotels do not offer good plant based breakfasts. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar they had.
