Room is very small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not included. We had breakfast at McDonald's the first day then at the hotel the second day. You must get there early to get a good selection otherwise, it's not worth the $15Euros. Nina at the front desk was wonderful and very friendly. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our 2 week trip and all the staff were very useful and friendly.

I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. We liked everything about this hotel but, in particular, we appreciated being able to check-in when we arrived in Frankfurt, early in the morning. This happened on our previous stay at this hotel as well. After an overnight flight, I really can't over-state how much we appreciated that. We would definitely stay at a Marriott Hotel again.

Well I was pleasantly surprised at how well this hotel exceeded my expectations. We requested twin beds and the hotel was great at providing this request without issue. We arrived horribly late (21.30hrs) due to Ryanair being the totally useless sh*t-show they normally are, and the hotel were so accommodating and took it in their stride. We got pizza from their in-house menu which was great value for money. The room had air-con which was perfect in the humid temperature. We both loved the walk-in shower and the very modern bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed really comfy. The staff were so accommodating and understanding of our plight that we felt really welcomed and valued. The breakfast was another example of their superb Value for money attitude and exceeded our expectations again. I really reccommend this hotel to anybody wanting to stay. There was even a lift, which was a godsend for me, that helped me get up to the first floor. I had walked for miles through both airports and I was almost crippled because I suffer badly with osteoarthritis in my hip.
