Lovely B&B Type Hotel, run by a friendly owner. Located in very quiet neighboorhood, but close enough to the center. Breakfast was an additional fee (10 Euro / Person) but well worth it. Served high quality ham, cheeze, fruits, etc. as self-service. And... The owner cooks egg, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee by your request. Not recommended for party lovers, but if you like to enjoy the quiet lovely "moment" during your stay, HIGHLY recommended! Would love to return to this hotel!

Right from the moment you start approaching the building you feel a sense of Luxury and charm. Then you step inside and it's just wow - from the front Desk who was so lovely (Luca if I remember well) to the fabulous room especially if you get a corner one with a view, to the gorgeous breakfast and the staff till checkout. You wouldn't find a better and most luxurious place to stay in Heidelberg where you can see all of the old town and be so close yet dipomatically away. Treat yourself and give yourself a grand present - because that's what I did with House of Hutter. Thankyou to everyone for making such a dream come true!

Perfect location at the entrance of the old town. Restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel. Breakfast was good with variety. No parking place but is near to one. Personal was helpful and kind

Away from the main old town strip, but close enough for walking not to be a put off. We walked from the train station, on the way back walked up the road to Bismark Platz and caught the tram

It was very easy to find and has a great location, very close to the train station and just outside the old town. The building is very clean and check-in was very easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Our room was very spacious with access to plenty of windows and a private balcony. We enjoyed out stay here very much and wished we had booked another night.

Very clean and well located. Frau Thome was so very helpful as I had an issue regarding my car and she really tried to help me which was very kind of her. The hotel was spotless and they even have a small fridge with cold beer and water on a trust sytem on the third floow which was great when I sneaked down there in my pajamas in the early hours for a nice cool sparkling water.
