The lounge was modern and clean with various tea bags, coffee machines, and (both hot and cold) water The room and bathroom were amazingly luxurious, clean and so comfortable! I felt as if I stayed at a high end hotel, not a hostel It was nice to have a hair dryer

The room was big, clean. The staff was really friendly. Location is quite good, 10 min away from the train station, many restaurants and bakeries around, even one supermarket a minute away. I've visited everything by walk.

Great location, easily accessible by all means of transportation: both by car and by public transport, and it's fairly close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The restaurant offers a wide range of options for breakfast, anyone having dietary requirements will find a huge selection of alternatives. What I would like to highlight is the personnel. Each and every member of the hotel crew is extremely kind, supportive and does their utmost to accommodate any special requests. It was impressive to see how helpful they were and did their best to leave a good impression. This made me decide to stay at this hotel during my upcoming trips to Cologne.
