We received a warm welcome at reception and we're offered advice on things to do in the city and offers to recommend and book restaurants. Guests are invited to get a free drink at the bar in the evening and nuts and olives are offered. Our room was large, clean, well furnished, huge bed and city views. We were able to check out late which was great so we could shower before our long flights.

An excellent hotel, near the center, with the option of paying extra for parking, and if you're lucky, you can also find free parking on the street, across the street from the hotel. I would especially emphasize the friendly and professional staff, from the receptionist to the lady who serves breakfast. They are all at a high level. The breakfast was also excellent.

1) For my need the location was perfect - walk distance from the train station and the Old town. I felt safe walking back to the hotel in the night; 2) the reception personel was very well informed, polite and kind; 3) the room was clean; 4) +tip for long hair - if you are having a long hair (straight) you won't need an aditional conditioner. Just shampoo is enough even if you have a dry ends.
