Our stay at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception made us feel incredibly welcome. A very special thanks to Master Mohamed El-Magraby for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service—he truly made our experience even more memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, with a breathtaking sea view that we could enjoy every day. The unique castle-style design of the resort adds a magical touch and makes the entire place feel luxurious and one-of-a-kind. The cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining everything to the highest standards, and the restaurants offered a satsifactory variety of delicious food with attentive and friendly service.

Stella Gardens and Beach Resort in Makadi Bay is how everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, professional, friendly, and always attentive. We were given the golden band all-inclusive package, which gave us access to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. The facilities were fantastic, from the clean and spacious pools to the relaxing spa and well-organized activities. The beach was absolutely stunning — crystal clear water and soft sand, perfect for both relaxation and water sports. A special thanks to our reception manager, AHMED KHAMIS, who was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable and always checking us during our stay. Hotel is beautiful, small and cost and quiet. Yes it’s old and yes there is a lot of needs for renovation (room and bathroom especially) but all works and all is sparkly clean. Hotel inside is renovated in some parts but anyhow this is not something which will destroy your leisure. Kitchen and public toalets are super clean. I don’t like that two pools are not heating during winter. Variety of food is superb and there is no stomach problems. Beach is super big with nice entry to the sea. Sahl Hasheesh walking promenade is beautiful. Proximity of all amenities. All is very close and you can reach everything for 5 mins. Stuff is extremely superb polite and do everything to feel like in home! Hotel is pet friendly which is very rare in Hurghada but pets are located with owners in other part of building which is ok but dogs are very nice and nowhere you can see anything wrong because of them. For me personally just one plus more because of this!

This hotel is situated in Hurghada and is a 10-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. Albatros Aqua Park is located 600 Meter far away from the beach.
