Everything was excellent, the food was great, the staff was really friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Everything was clean, inside and out at all times. We loved our stay and the Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved it as well, we only went two times during our 10 night stay outside the Hotel but we were never bored. We loved the waterslides, the pools and the evening entertainment. We recommend it and will defenatly come again 🤗

Very professional Staff, fast check in, excellent transfer to my room and everything was explained to me about the facilities. No problem with using English. Beautiful Hotel, very well maintained garden and buildings. 3 pools, very nice pools! Very friendly and smiling Staff everywhere- on the beach, in the bars, cleaners, etc. Breakfast was a separate story to tell. Big, beautiful hall, very professional Staff in the kitchen and on the floor. Amazing variety of foods....fresh juices,, sauces, spices....One of the favorite parts of the day! A few different restaurants to eat in and great dishes are served there. Very good service. Beautiful coral l reef and lots to see. Special thank you to the beach manager Reda - kind, caring, knowledgeable person. And a big thank you to all people who work so hard and welcome tourists so warmly 😁
