The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and lively, yet relaxing at the same time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch.
