The staff was very helpful and the bar next to the hotel is one of the best in the city so a great location. Also the location of the hotel is close the 2 great malls and the main attractions of valencia. I loved everything and would stay again.

First of all, staying in a Westin is an experience. The bathroom is nearly the size of the bedroom, and the bedroom is large. There is a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a tub and an enormous space with mirrors and sink. The art deco interior design of the hotel is just gorgeous. The king-size bed is like a giant raft that takes you off to sleep. The people working there are super helpful and the building and the grounds (especially the interior courtyard) are extraordinary. We also found it conveniently located in terms of the old city around where we spent much of our time.

Really everything I expected. Clean, spacious, new. About 5 minute walk from Colon metro station and 2 min walk from bus stops. Bed was very comfortable and coffee amenities fair. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern with a beautiful scandi vibe.. literally beach front location. A tram and bus access to all parts of valencia located less than 2 mins walk outside the hotel. The rooms are very hitech with a hottub in some (which we loved) and extremely good showers and led mood lighting The beds were super comfy. Rooms are bijoux but perfectly styled. Large storage closet, small mini bar with snacks. Our room had a patio looking out to the beach. An onsite restaurant with beautiful.food, healthy breakfast option included. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially the receptionists and staff at breakfast. We got free bike hire for 24hrs which was brilliant way to see this gorgeous city and a welcome cocktail. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a small issue when we checked in to our room. They immediately changed it and upgraded it. Room 104 is gorgeous..cant wait to go back. x x
