Amazing staff, amazing restaurant downstairs for tapas! Very nice, clean and cozy room. Breakfast was very good as well. Would love to stay here next time as well! Location is amazing - the city is lively and great beaches are 20 min away.

This is a lovely hotel. The building and gardens have been beautifully designed, keeping the period detail but making it very comfortable. The staff were delightful and welcoming as it is a family run hotel, so it feels personal. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the breakfast was outstanding. So much choice, with very healthy options.

Walking into the room, the sun was shining through the window and we were delighted. Tastefully and subtly decorated, it was a great size room for two people to stay very comfortably. Juan was a brilliant host, with good advice and recommendations, always polite and friendly. The jacuzzi on the roof was icing on the cake, looking at the sun set over the mountains and listening to the church bells. There was tea and coffee available in the reception area as well as a water dispenser.

We had an amazing stay here. Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. Super tasty food and lots of choices. Bed and pillows comfortable. Live music almost every night. Staff very polite and helpful. There is coffee all the time even before breakfast if u wake up early and need a coffee. You can take it to your room. Breakfast is from 7:30 (the coffee isn’t available from 7-7:30 because they are cleaning in the breakfast area). Dinner is from 18:30 There is a gym and it is well equiped.

The design of the hotel was impeccable and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel’s location in Alcudia was also really comfortable and outside the most touristic areas of Mallorca.
