The staff were amazing, especially the man who checked us in, Boba (i think this is how you spell it!), he was so helpful and and welcoming after a long ride. Then the view of the bay from the room was just incredible as was the selection of beers in the mini fridge. There was motorbike parking near by which was free.

Hotel Villa Soro occupies 2 classical buildings, one of which was built in 1898 and is a Historical Heritage Building of San Sebastian. Free WiFi is available.

It is an imposing and cool building set above the valley with cows grazing outside the property walls. Their bells tinkled and one could be forgiven for thinking that one was in Austria not Spain! Staff exceptionally helpful and spoke several languages. Evening meal in restaurant was delicious with choices from burgers…of quality…to fabulous fish, tasty small potatoes. The waitress was rushed off her feet, coping on her own, being courteous to all nationalities of guests, communicating with the kitchen, pouring wine. Think she could do with an assistant ! Breakfast again was to be highly recommended. For the two of us it was an oasis of calm in a beautifully appointed establishment en route Spain. Without hesitation, go there!

the brilliant front desk lady Bethany was so helpful, responsive and hands on to our many requests for help parking was good albeit a little expensive. nice continental breakfast and staff.

The place itself is cool as it has different rooms built into an old warehouse. It has a spacious gym with all the equipment needed and a canteen + vending machines. The TV remote in our room didn't have batteries but the receptionist helped us very kindly with a new remote. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Gros district so not as busy. Local restaurants and bars were exceptional. Walking distance to all. We had rain alot of the time but you still won't get soaking wet walking between places. Great location. And facility
