The lady was VERY nice and helped us everything at our stay like sightseeing spots and tours. The breakfast was soooo nice. Food, the terrace, and the atmosphere. The room was big and comfortable.

The rooms are around a lovely courtyard garden presumably the cloisters in the old monastery. The room was very nice the breakfasts great and the owners very helpful. If you want a treat I would recommend. Not cheap but well worth the money if you want a special time in Avignon

We stayed four nights. Staff were all excellent, reception (especially Loanne), breakfast room and restaurant. We got 4 great night's sleep. I'm a light sleeper - didn't hear a sound and the hotel was busy at the weekend. Big spotlessly clean room. Fridge and two desks. TV even had Foot Direct, showing English Premiership matches live as well as highlights. Plenty of free parking on site. Terrific wifi. We ate in the restaurant 3 of the 4 nights. the food and the service was very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. Great mini-croissants!

Have to admit that I was very concerned when I saw the hotel from the outside as we arrived. It looks tired and a bit scruffy. BUT as soon as we came thru the door and met Gideon (Guidon ??) I knew it would be fine. He is just lovely! Our room on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the river, was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Everything you could want. We enjoyed our one night stay and will happily return

Light and spacious room, perfect for a family of 4 (one double bed, 2 single beds), great breakfast buffet, little playcorner between the restaurant and the reception for small children -> our children (5 and 3 years) played there while we parents finished breakfast, only 15-20min walk to the Palais des Papes and Pont d‘Avignon, carpark directly under the hotel with direct access to the hotel
