Staffs are very responsive. They answered every questions that I have. They even provided me with umbrella bcs during my trip in Lourdes it was raining everyday. This is very rare for a 2/3 stars hotel. The room size is big for 1 person. The bathroom is great too, with bathub. Very good price. the location is nice, though not that close to the Sanctuary, it’s 10 mins walk. It’s rather in the quiet area of Louders which is very nice.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the kindest and sweetest receptionist. He gave us our rooms and explained all about the city and nearby highlights. The rooms were clean and smell amazing. Spacious, modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of food to choose from. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the Grotte, 2 minutes away from airport shuttle bus stop, close to restaurants and cafes. We will surely be back!

Beautiful building. A great location in central Lourdes. The staff were so wonderful too. It was a lovely time and I could have stayed longer.

We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.
