The hotel is beautifully decorated And it has all the amenities. Restaurant, pool, patio, parking, etc. The room and the bathroom are confortable and clean. The staff is friendly.

We arrived early and although the hotel carpark was full, the receptionist was so helpful telling us where to go to get free parking in a carpark nearby. At check-in, a second receptionist was equally helpful, giving us a detailed explanation of the town, what to see, the evening procession at the Grotto, where to eat etc. Breakfast time was extremely busy with a bus tour in the restaurant but we were shown to our private space with an abundance of different foods.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean.
