The hotel's staff members are truly helpful and pleasant to liaise with. Prior to arrival, I needed to change the number of rooms reserved and room type. Cécile was quick to respond to my requests and enquiries and went an extra mile to make it work for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice and polite receptionist. I even came across the hotel owner in the lift and he's a very cheerful person himself. The rooms we stayed in were bright, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance from the hotel, there're plenty of restaurants.
