I had booked a pool view room and to my surprise there was an oversight when I arrived, and I was given a room with a street view. Having realized that it was a mistake, they have rectified the situation without me even asking. This was exceptional spur-of-the-moment decision making by the front desk which was greatly appreciated. They have upgraded me to a suite. I had the best experience I could ask for. It was truly a magical stay having read all about the history of the hotel.

The property was in stunning grounds with beautiful views and a superb golf course plus an excellent restaurant

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff friendly and the views gorgeous. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and all best restaurants. Parking has valet service and is secure. We love coming back here as it really is a true oasis.

The hotel is one of the more luxurious ones and met my expectations. However, what I enjoyed most during my stay was the staff – an intelligent, witty man at breakfast served us better than expected. I can say the same about the waiter in the restaurant during dinner; the effortless elegance and impeccable service during dinner will be remembered for a long time. The restaurant is highly recommended; although the prices are high, it's definitely worth it!
