A really unique setting within the walls of a little oasis in Valenciennes. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and was served in the conservatory/orangery. The property is within a few minutes walk of an amazing selection of restaurants and cafes - we were spoiled for choice.

Very friendly reception. Very nice design hotel. Beautiful room. It doesn’t get more central right next to the main square and the mall (Valenciennes is not a huge city after all) …. 5 points (google) which I give never easily

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant, it was super tasty. All in all great value for money.

Staff very helpful 👍 turned up later than I expected had to cancel 1 of the rooms there then it was not a problem for the staff to short out.
