We have stayed here before , this trip of five days , was extended by a further two nights The management and staff of this homely hotel know their craft. The aim is to make the visitor / client comfortable…..ready for work or pleasure. The rooms are spot less , the beds ..large And the breakfeast alone I’d worth the trip up north ha ha …. The hotel is great , lovely looking building and the room was spacious and modern . The location fabulous near everything .comfy bed ,bath , the staff friendly and helpful we had a fantastic birthday stay would definitely come back and great value for money.

We loved the decor, the atmosphere and the food were wonderful. The Inn is peaceful with the sound of running water from the stream. Staff are helpful but not obtrusive. The food is amazing, we dined in both nights to sample more of the menu. Very diverse breakfast menu. The building is ancient but the rooms are well decorated with lovely modern bathrooms. The whole place is charming. I would recommend the Inn to anyone.

Excellent location, stone's throw from the train station and within walking distance of the Central shopping area. We had a warm welcome from the receptionist who went out of her way to give us a map and directions.

Exceptionally large room, big comfortable bed and bathroom, very clean. I arrived early and they let me check in straight away. Also only a few minutes walk from the train station, situated in a pleasant area with bars and restaurants around.

Warm with a cosy fire and sitting area in the foyer. Beautifully decorated and with xmas decorations. Clean, modern, tasteful. Excellent, helpful and welcoming staff. I just love this place. It’s a home from home in Leeds. And you help yourself to eggs and bread for DIY breakfast. Close to the city centre and shopping. Just perfect.
