Almost everything! The location is perfect, not in the center so it’s quiet in the daytime and the Royal Botanic Garden is just a short walk away. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, the staff is nice.

A 20-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, this boutique bed and breakfast has a historically listed façade and a charming old staircase. Wi-fi is free throughout the building.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and we were like 11 mins away from the city centre. The price and value was in perfect balance. Although we stayed only one night, I think we will come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy/comfortable hotel! Their staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks served at the hotel's on site restaurant/bar are good. They have a decent indoor pool and a well equipped gym. Location is good, 5-minute walk to a bus stop, not too far from the airport and Edinburgh’s Old Town. We felt at home right here so that's another plus! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. One minute walk there arw bus stations that take you to the town centre just in 5-8 mins. Nice comfy beds, great amazing dinner! Thank you chef;) overall a clean, beautiful and atmosferic hotel. We had a good time;) thank you.
