Very friendly and helpful hosts. Don't expect very modern furniture, but a cosy and nice home. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast good. Wifi worked great and there was parking in front of the house.

The staff were very nice the room and bed was exceptional and the full English breakfast was also amazing, can't beat the little boutique hotel for quality and value for money. I will stay there again next time I'm in Portsmouth. 10/10

Very easy checkin. Friendly staff. Super pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. A really excellent breakfast. I like the location. It is easy to find, there is plenty of parking and Hayling Island is a pleasant place for walking and bike riding.

The gated parking was exceptional/necessary. The common areas were really lovely and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and accommodating of needs. The refillable filtered water provided in the room and accessible 24hours in flat or still was a very welcome feature by our group.
