Location and character of the building. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast available. Helpful staff. I’ve stayed here several times and this is definitely the best hotel I’ve found in Guildford.

It is very special place, like from a fairytale:) We liked the style, even low doors bring something interesting to the hotel's atmosphere. There is a lovely pub and extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to try a breakfast, but sure it's very delicious.
