The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

We loved everything about Filis House, starting from the house/apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; followed by the beautiful garden with olive trees and a relaxing pool area. Cleanliness was spotless, you can see that the owners pay attention to every little detail. What we loved the most was the view from our window to the pool area and the sea marina from one side, and the garden and mountains from the other side of the room. Highly recommended for shorter and longer stays.

Enjoying unobstructed views over the small islands of Vourvourou, Thalassokipos is amphitheatrically built on the side of a small hill.

Amazing stay. Small quite and relaxing hotel hosted by two great owners, Lazarus and Irina. The staff were super nice as well. Service was top notch. Most of all very clean. Room was big enough with a sofa and a balcony to enjoy a drink. Also, plenty of electric sockets which normally lack in hotels. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant atmosphere is very peaceful and enjoyable. Wished we could stay longer.
