Hotel Damianii truly surpassed our expectations. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, landing us in a room with a private hot tub and stunning sea views. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Its prime location means the beach is just steps away, complete with exclusive sunbeds for hotel guests. The service by the pool and on the beach was excellent. We're completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it – we'll certainly be returning.

The staff was very friendly and our room just amazing. The hotel is placed behind a calm beach place at the sea and we often went for a swim before breakfast. The breakfast was tidy with lots of wonderful options. I would 100 % book again at Hotel Lipa and can only recommend this place.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The pool was beautifully clean and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious and great value for money. The buffet breakfast had a great selection. There was no scrimping on the measures in the cocktails!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is smaller boutique style hotel, not too many people. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is right on the beach, with easy access to it. Water is super clean and crystal clear. To downtown Split it takes approx 15 mins. by car. Definitely would recommend this place, and will use it again when in Split.
