Clean and spacious hotel. There is a big shopping mall at its side. You can get anything you want. Every things are clean. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Airconditiner and wifi are ok. The massage service is very good. All the staffs are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

This time I’d like to summarise my findings on the Shangri-la hotels in general, particularly this Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta. I found out that, this hotel is, absolutely covers everything you want, such as business, leisure, family etc. I’m 72 years old, and found that, just a Standard Room at Shangri-la hotel in Jakarta comprises everything you want compared with all the luxury 5-star hotels I stayed in around the world, everything is up-to-date, and quality control, I’ve never asked for anything to be changed or mended etc. From my perspective, the hotel is absolutely perfect for everything and everyone
