Hospitality from the staff, especially Kajal, from the front desk. And the frontdesk team had a welcome ceremony where the lady put a red dot on my forehead (she asked me first, of course) and had a photo together. The breakfast buffet was also good and me and my colleague were given a 'see you soon' chocolate cupcake and again a photoshoot :). I like also the exectutive lounge where there were good spread of finger food with non-vegetarian and vegetarian food! Chicken tikka was the best! and the fresh fish finger. Room was spacious, with working table.

I loved the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, including everyone at the reception desk, laundry services, room services, security and cleaning. Whatever I asked, it was answered and done immediately. The restaurants at the hotel were also very high quality. Gym had everything I needed. Room service was extremely fast.
