Hospitality from the staff, especially Kajal, from the front desk. And the frontdesk team had a welcome ceremony where the lady put a red dot on my forehead (she asked me first, of course) and had a photo together. The breakfast buffet was also good and me and my colleague were given a 'see you soon' chocolate cupcake and again a photoshoot :). I like also the exectutive lounge where there were good spread of finger food with non-vegetarian and vegetarian food! Chicken tikka was the best! and the fresh fish finger. Room was spacious, with working table.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We came tired after travelling and they took care of us like at home. Room was provided earlier then check-in time. We check out before breakfast time and we got packets to have it in the airport. Can't imagine better stay.
