I was in Europe for 2 weeks and was at 7 different hotels. Novotel Roma EUR was the only hotel who provided facial tissues. Good for them! It was quite annoying that no other hotel provided them. It absolutely makes no sense. If toilet paper can be provided so can facial tissues.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location, in the center and quiet enough. I had a room with a large balcony. Very clean. Good and filling breakfast. I recommend it.
